The Customer Service Administrator (CSA) position is the primary customer-facing role for existing clients within the e-Business operations group of Lowe-Martin.  E-business develops and operates systems/processes based on our client’s organization and business rules that result in digital, printing and fulfillment transactions for The Lowe-Martin Group.  The CSA is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the e-Business Customer Service group and responding to inbound customer service requests. </p>
<p>The Customer Service Administrator is involved in direct customer contact offering support via phone or online, helping users navigate websites, troubleshooting errors that are encountered, tracking user’s order status, providing information on product availability, and responding to user “help” emails as well as phone calls. The CSA is also responsible for managing orders and ensuring the E-Business division meets its agreements with their clients.</p>
<p><strong>Experience</strong>:<br />
•	Completed relevant post-secondary education or 2+ years of experience with customer service<br />
•	Experience within the printing/warehouse industry is considered an asset<br />
•	Strong follow-up and customer service skills, preferably using CRM (Customer Relations Management)<br />
•	Intermediate computer skills are required</p>
<p><strong>Abilities</strong>:<br />
•	Outstanding communication skills<br />
•	Ability to thrive in a team focused environment<br />
•	Able to multi-task, solve problems, and work with limited supervision<br />
•	Able to exercise attention to detail and work well under pressure<br />

Must be flexible for shift work, including nights and weekends. </p>
<p><strong>Experience</strong>:<br />
•	Minimum 3 years experience in medium to large print environment.<br />
•	Proficiency in all Mac OS X and Windows software required for the file prep and output including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite, PitStop, QuarkXpress and MS Office Suite.<br />
•	Experienced with Xerox Rips, Job tickets, PDF workflow, imposition software and CTP.<br />
•            Experience with Heidelberg Prinect</p>
<p><strong>Abilities</strong>:<br />

•	Thorough knowledge of the major desktop publishing applications on both platforms.<br />
•	Two or three year ceritificate from a Print Tech or similar program at a College level</p>

As a Production Co-ordinator you will be the point of contact for projects between Sales, Production/Operations and our Customers. This is a “hands on” role requiring troubleshooting, problem solving, organizational and co-ordination skills. The Production Co-ordinator will be involved with direct customer contact (when necessary), order receipt, entry, tracking,reporting, co-ordinating the orders/jobs through to delivery. It will require internal and external commuincations with outside vendors, internal operations and customers to ensure that a quality product is delivered on time. There is an administration aspect to the role, which will include billing preparation, job /docket closing and inventory controls for some of the jobs.</p>

Previous Production Co-ordination experience within the Graphic Arts/Printing Industry<br />
Administrative skills; data/docket entry into an electronic data system (such as Logic), job tracking<br />
Organization skills<br />
Graduation from a recognized Graphic Arts program is an asset</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The IAPHC International Gallery of Superb Printing, which in 2009 marks its 35th year of recognizing excellence in the arts and sciences of graphic communication, is produced annually by the IAPHC. The IAPHC Graphics Resource Network, is a trade association with a 90 year tradition of connecting persons in the graphic arts industry around the globe.</p>
<p>In 2009, entries from around the world were presented to a panel of International judges who evaluated the entries based on qualitative measures involving both technical execution  and use of colour, ink, typography, paper and finishing techniques.  </p>
<p>Twelve publications produced by Lowe-Martin received awards at this year’s competition including 7 Gold, 3 Silver, 1 Bronze and 1 Honourable Mention award. Lowe-Martin client publications that received recognition ranged from annual reports and event programs to  fashion magazines and art books. </p>
<p>Lowe-Martin’s own <em>Faces</em> art book  – a publication produced to celebrate Lowe-Martin’s 100th anniversary in business, also won Gold! This beautiful Smyth sewn, case bound book with debossing on the cover, is a collection of portraits of Lowe-Martin employees, and of members of their families  &#8211; 1 portrait per year from 1908 to 2008.</p>
