CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - OTTAWA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Client Services Representative you will act as a liaison between the Customer and all other departments within the Lowe-Martin Group acting as an extended representative of the customer on behalf of our sales force. This is a “hands on” role requiring troubleshooting and problem solving. The CSR is involved in direct customer contact, order taking, writing and processing, coordinating schedules and deliveries, as well as billing and inventory controls. This work is accomplished while ensuring adherence to ISO quality guidelines. Must be bilingual (English/ French). EXPERIENCE:

  • Recent experience within the printing industry and administrative areas considered an asset
  • Previous Customer Service experience is essential
  • Must have High School diploma
  • Graduation from an Algonquin Print/Graphic Design Course is considered a definite asset
  • Other Print based courses or education is considered an asset
  • Applicants with combination of schooling and/or experience will be considered
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is essential
  • Able to determine priorities and adjust to an ever-changing schedule
  • Flexible – responsive to client demands and able to work overtime as required
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work in Excel and Word to complete customer requests and provide pricing
  • Able to accurately track work in process and follow-up on order status with various internal departments
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Able to organize and track multiple requirements (multi-tasking)
  • Able to work in Logic and complete dockets as required
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Strong math skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills – able to work effectively with customers and be a team player willing to contribute to CSR Group goals and timelines
  • Organized, good work ethic, excellent attendance, prompt and punctual
  • Good judgement (e.g. knowing when to involve others in the process)
  • Creative and innovative
KNOWLEDGE:
  • Knowledge of printing is highly desirable - both offset and digital
  • Knowledge of binding types and alternatives available in all LMG locations
