For your privacy and security Lowe-Martin does not accept anonymous file uploads.

If you do not have a dedicated FTP account you may use our Upload Utility or you could apply for a Dedicated FTP Account and password on our FTP server. Your account will be activated within one business day. (Note: Please include your company or project name, your contact information, and your Lowe-Martin client service representative's information in the email).


Instructions for Using Our Upload Utility to Submit Files.

If you do not have a dedicated FTP account you may use our Upload Utility

After clicking the link above and if you are using a compatible browser, you should see a floating file upload window containing, among other things, a Browse button. The upload service is compatible with Netscape Navigator 3 and 4, and with Internet Explorer 4, and possibly other browsers.

Using Your Favourite FTP Client Software

You can connect with our FTP server using your current FTP client software, such as WS_FTP, CuteFTP, or Fetch

Our Host Name/FTP address is:  ftp.LMGroup.com

Include the User Name and Password you were supplied by our On-line Services department.


How To Expedite Uploading and Processing of your Files

Please Note: It is very important that you contact your Lowe-Martin representative and inform them once you have sent files.

We also strongly recommend that you compress your files using PKZip (on the PC) or StuffIt (on the Mac) before sending them to us, in order to maintain file integrity and reduce transfer time.
